Sunday 13 October 2019 (Noah and Creina)
I'd like to report to you the latest good news at Cat and Kitten Rescue. Two more friends, Noah and Creina, are due to go off to a new home... TOGETHER!
Noah, came to us as a stray. He was dirty, hungry, and very thirsty (he almost finished off a whole bowl of water on his first day here). The vet found that Noah was not microchipped, and estimated him to be about 2 years old.
When Noah was collected and brought to us, he was a little unsure of his new temporary home… for all of a few minutes, and then he let his friendly nature emerge. He has been delighting every visitor by happily greeting them like long lost friends, and freely giving out purry head-bumps.
Creina is a very young mum at 9 months, and came to us after her kittens were homed - seeking a new home for herself. She spent her first few hours here exploring every nook and cranny of her pen and, after some initial shyness, she soon showed that she loves a little fuss and some stroking, like most of us do.
Our Helen arranged for them to be neutered and vaccinated (as are all cats that pass through Cat and Kitten Rescue), and now they are both set to have joint adventures and lots of cuddles at their new home.
We’re all so happy for them… and I’ve already bagsied any Dreamies they leave behind.
Love and head bumps,
