Cats come to us for a variety of reasons which include owners suffering from fur allergy, financial hardship, bereavement, long-term illness and others are brought in by members of the public or the police after they have been lost or deliberately abandoned. We try to trace the owners of these animals, and will also help find missing cats.

• Rehoming
  Cats and kittens are only rehomed to suitable homes. We do not home fit, healthy cats into flats above ground floor without safe access to a garden. However, there are occasions when a home where the cat has to be kept indoors, such as when it is elderly, and a flat is often suitable then.
• Neutering and vaccinations
  Any cat homed by us over the age of six months is already neutered. Neutering all cats is vital, and we, like all other animal groups, will only home kittens where they will be neutered at six months of age. Vaccinations are also very important and we very much encourage owners to have these carried out.
